SMALL GROUP TRAINING

When you’re looking for something more to compliment your gym workout, Small Group Training bridges the gap between working out on your own, and personal training sessions.  

All our SGT classes are taken by our awesome Crush Coaches, and they’re included in all memberships, making it easier  for you to get that added motivation, support and professional direction from one of the team.

Our Signature SGT classes include FitX, Functional & the famous Glute Zone!   These classes are a great mix of High Intensity Interval Training, Strength Building, and Muscle Toning.  You’ll work up a sweat, burn calories and be done in 40 minutes!

BodyCombat

A martial-arts inspired, full body workout that fuels cardio fitness and leaves you feeling empowered. Its totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Bodybalance

A yoga class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, body and life.

GRIT SERIES

The Les Mills Grit™ series will push you to your max, and beyond! A great combination of strength, power, plyometric and cardio circuits, all done with your coach right there on the floor beside you, motivating you and your team of fellow grit series addicts for the entire 30 min circuit.

The 3 classes are Grit Strength, Grit Cardio & Grit Athletic.

High Intensity

Grit Strength:

  • Rapidly improve strength, increase lean muscle & get fit, fast.

Grit Cardio:

  • Rapidly improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed & maximise calorie burn.

Grit Athletic:

RPM

An indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It burns a lot of calories and gets you fit.

Sprint

Built on the science of HIIT training, designed using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact.

CXWORX

Provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body while chiselling your waist line. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do – its the glue that holds everything together.

  • Core muscles improve functional strength for balance, mobility & injury prevention. 

WELLNESS CLASSES - STUDIO 3

Our brand new, third Studio is now open and offers a Pilates, Yoga & Barre classes.

This beautiful space has been created to provide a more intimate class environment in a boutique setting.  These specialty classes will sculpt and tone your body in a relaxed & low impact workout, suitable for all fitness levels. Not to be underestimated, your teachers will ensure you leave feeling revived and having made it through an awesome workout.
